* What is a DENIER?
A DENIER is the unit of measurement for the thickness of the thread from which stockings and tights are made.
The lower the DENIER number 8, 10, 15, 20 etc. the thinner and more transparent the stocking or pantyhose. On the contrary, the higher the number 40, 70 etc., the thicker the skin and the less visible the skin.
On the other hand, there are opaque microfiber tights and stockings, in 50 and 100 denier, where the skin is barely visible. Their use is common in autumn and winter.
