You can use this form to inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase agreement. The right of withdrawal can generally be exercised within 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods, unless statutory exceptions apply. Stating a reason is not required.

This form does not restrict other valid ways of communicating the revocation, such as sending an unambiguous declaration by email.

Some products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal for reasons of hygiene, health protection, personalization, opened seals, or other legally stipulated exceptions.
