* What is a DENIER?
A DENIER is the unit of measurement for the thickness of the thread used to make stockings and tights.
The lower the DENIER number 8, 10, 15, 20 etc. the thinner and more transparent the stocking or pantyhose. On the contrary, the higher the number 40, 70, etc., the thicker the skin and the less visible the skin is.
On the other hand, there are opaque microfiber tights and pantyhose, in 50 and 100 den, in which the skin is barely visible. Its use is common in autumn and winter.
Tights and pantyhose with a low DEN number are usually used for the spring-summer season. The rest can be used all year round, for example for ceremonies, as the thin shape of the stockings makes them look more elegant.
