How to use it?

Intimichic is very easy to use and insert. The most important thing is to be relaxed and find the most comfortable position for insertion and removal.

The following steps are:

2. Sterilize the INTIMICHIC CUP in boiling water for 3 minutes.
3. Apply the INTIMICHIC CLEANER sterilizer and let the cup dry.
4. Before the first insertion, apply a water-based lubricant to facilitate insertion.
5. It is recommended to find the most comfortable position for easy insertion.
6. Hold the cup with your fingers and press it together at the lowest possible position, then insert it diagonally downwards into the vagina. The placement of a vaginal cup is deeper than that of a tampon.
7. After insertion into the vagina, release it and let it unfold; it will automatically adapt to the vaginal wall.

Removal is very easy: pull the lower sleeve and remove it gently to empty the contents.
