How do I insert my &EVE Cup?

Before first use, it is recommended to sterilize it by boiling it in water or a special sterilization solution for a few minutes. Always insert with clean hands. We recommend inserting your Eve Cup while sitting, squatting, kneeling, or standing. Choose the position that is most comfortable for you. To facilitate insertion, moisten the cup with water or use a water-based lubricant and follow these steps. Squeeze the cup in your hand, fold it in half lengthwise, insert it diagonally downwards, and let it clamp into the vaginal cavity.

HOW DO I REMOVE MY &EVE CUP?

With clean hands and in the most comfortable and relaxed position, contract your vaginal muscles to bring the cup closer to the entrance of the vagina. With the help of a finger, check that the edges of the cup are well separated from the vaginal wall. Press the lower part, release the pressure until it is removed, and empty the contents into the toilet. Wash the cup with hot water and pH-neutral soap and store it in the provided bag.

HOW DO I USE MY &EVE CUP?

Remove and empty the cup a maximum of every 12 hours. The stem of the Eve- Cup can be trimmed to length. Allows for extended use of up to 12 hours without emptying.
