How are dilators used?

It is recommended to wash the dilators with hot water and a neutral soap before first use.

After use, clean them in the same way and store them completely dry in the bag. The recommended position for inserting the dilators is supine with legs bent and slightly spread. However, it can also be used standing, with one leg raised and resting on a chair. To facilitate insertion, it is recommended to moisten the tip of the dilator or the entrance to the vagina with a lubricant or even with water. Breathe calmly and carefully insert the smallest dilator into the vagina for 8-10 minutes, then move it in and out without completely removing it from the vagina. Repeat these movements about 20 times.

It is possible that when you first use the dilators, you can only insert the tip, which is completely normal. Unless your doctor recommends otherwise, you should repeat this exercise three times a week for a period of 2 weeks.
