Gently clean the area to remove body oil and skin residue. Do not apply moisturizers, creams, or other skin care products near the area before using the breast caps, as this will reduce the adhesion of the breast caps.
Apply the covers one side at a time. When applying, make sure the nipple is in the center of the nipple cover. Lightly press the nipple cover onto the skin to achieve the final result.
