Clean the area gently to remove body oil and skin residues. Do not apply moisturizers, creams or other skin care products near the area before using the nipple covers, as this reduces their adhesion.
Apply the covers one side at a time. When applying, make sure the nipple is in the center of the nipple cover. Lightly press the nipple cover onto the skin to achieve the final result.
