Instructions:

Ensure your skin is free of any oils and creams. Then, dry your skin with a soft towel and place the bottom part of the U-shaped bra directly below your bust line. Once the base is securely in place, apply each cup to your breast. Remove the protective film, carefully position the adhesive wings on either side of your torso, and gently press on the cups and wings to distribute the adhesive onto the skin and ensure optimal support.
