Instructions:

Free your skin from all oils and creams. Then, dry your skin with a soft towel and place the bottom part of the U-shaped bra directly under your bust line. Once the base is securely in place, apply each cup to your breast. Remove the protective film, carefully place the adhesive wings on either side of your torso, and gently press the cups and wings to distribute the adhesive on the skin and ensure optimal support.
