Instructions:

Free your skin from all oils and creams. Then, dry your skin with a soft towel and place the bottom part of the U-shaped bra directly under your bust line. Once the base is securely in place, apply each cup to your breast. Remove the protective film, carefully place the adhesive wings on both sides of your torso, and gently press on the cups and wings to spread the adhesive on the skin and ensure optimal support.
